View CnD's story in the Record courier View Chris's story in the Reno Gazette Journal RACE IS OVER! Congratulations Chris! Chris finished first in his class and was first Ironman of all classes to the finish line on Saturday. What a great team we had, everyone gave 110% to make this all happen. There would be no team if not for Dave Richardson, which blew an engine on the first day and had to drop from the race. Our pit boss, Alfredo Ramirez with his son Jordon, and Nigel Vopalensky alternated pits on Thursday until reinforcements showed on Friday and Saturday. These guys worked their be-hinds off! Alfredo did an exceptional job running the pits and maintenance area which is why Chris was able to finish at all. And of course there was our pit crews which were every bit as efficient and professional as any pro team out there.  THANKS to everyone on our team, our sponsors, family, and friends for a successful race.
